Fly From Changi! 從SIN出發～

澳洲航空在澳洲以外最大的服務據點為新加坡樟宜機場。他們也因此在樟宜機場不只設置了座位數高達570人的商務艙貴賓室，並也在2019年開放了另一間可容納240名旅客的頭等艙貴賓室。這篇文章將為各位介紹澳航位於新加坡的商務艙貴賓室。這間於2013年開放的貴賓室同時也是身為澳航金卡會員的我在樟宜機場裡最熟悉、最喜歡的一間貴賓室。就讓我帶大家仔細看看貴賓室裡的一切吧～

Singapore is Qantas' largest base outside of Australia. It is therefore not surprising that they operate two full-scale lounges here; a Business Class lounge which can fit 570 pax, and a First Class lounge which can admit another 240. In this post, we will take a close look at their Business Class lounge here at Changi Airport. This lounge which opened back in 2013 is my most familiar one as a Qantas Gold member, as well as my favourite lounge in Singapore. Let's get into the lounge!

貴賓室位置、開放時間 Location / Operating Hours

澳航商務艙貴賓室的位置很方便。一過了出境移民官，左轉再跟著有澳航標誌的「貴賓室」指標走即可。

The location of this lounge is convenient. After clearing immigration, turn left and simply follow the signs that say "Lounge" with the Qantas logo.

樟宜機場的貴賓室頗多間，所以必須看好航空公司或貴賓室的標誌跟著對的指標。例如澳航在樟宜機場就有兩間貴賓室，我們目前沒有使用資格的「頭等艙貴賓室」在管制區的另一邊。這次要介紹的「商務艙貴賓室」則得從走往C區登機門途中的這的手扶梯前往。

Take note, however, that there are two different Qantas lounges in Changi Airport, one "Business Lounge" and the other "First Lounge". Identify the correct sign and continue up the escalators.

到了二樓，這一區共有三間貴賓室：英國航空、澳洲航空、和SATS貴賓室。澳航貴賓室位於走廊尾端。

At the upper level, there will be directions to three lounges (British Airways, Qantas and SATS Premier), and Qantas Business Lounge is the one right at the end of the corridor.

這間貴賓室因為斐濟航空班機時間不固定因而有三種不一樣的開放時間。

This lounge caters to flight timings of Fiji Airways' flights to Nadi and hence operates across three different operating hours.

Mon, Wed, Sat: 1.50pm - 12.00am
Tue, Fri, Sun: 7.50am - 10.00am, 1.50pm - 12.00am
Thu: 10.55am - 12.00am

使用資格 Lounge Access Eligibility

澳航貴賓室門面很大，就算第一次來也一定找得到。

It is quite hard to miss it, since the Qantas logo is being prominently displayed with the entrance to the lounge featuring a pair of large translucent sliding glass doors.

它們的企業標誌在貴賓室入口處隨處可見。

The Qantas branding continues with the wall behind the welcome desks also featuring the iconic kangaroo icon. And as you walk into the lounge, the same branding is repeated yet again on the walls towards the left.

澳航商務艙貴賓室使用資格如下：

商務艙旅客
- 搭乘澳航或寰宇一家成員航空公司之商務艙旅客
- 阿聯酋航空商務艙旅客
- 捷星航空商務艙旅客 (僅限有購買Business Max加購配套之旅客)

轉機旅客
- 搭乘澳航或其他寰宇一家航空5小時以上商務艙航班
- 過境後下趟班機為寰宇一家航空短程經濟艙區域航班
- 下班機出發時間為同一天或隔天早上六點前

高階會員
- 搭乘澳航、阿聯酋航空、捷星航空、寰宇一家航空或澳航聯營航班之澳航金卡會員
- 以上皆可攜帶一名訪客

These are the access eligibility criteria for Qantas Business Lounge in Singapore:

Business Class Passengers
- Travelling on Qantas or any other oneworld flights
- Travelling on Emirates
- Travelling on Jetstar (Only for Business Max)

Passengers in Transit
- Arriving on a Qantas / oneworld flight with a duration 5h or more on Business Class
- Transiting to a oneworld Economy Class flight thereafter
- Departing on the same day or before 6am the next day

Passengers with Elite Tier Status
- All Qantas, Emirates and oneworld elite tier members travelling on respective airlines
- For all criteria above, the eligible individual can also bring one guest along into the lounge

內部設計/格局 Lounge Interior Layout Access Eligibility 

一踏進貴賓室首先會看見一張澳洲原住民分布區的地圖。此外也有個只顯示澳洲航空、荷蘭航空與法國航空航班的資訊板。

Immediately coming into sight would be an Australia map reflecting the country's aboriginal settlements, as well as a customised Changi Airport style departure board showing exclusively Qantas, KLM and Air France flights. The latter two being SkyTeam airlines that direct their guests into this lounge.

我們先開始逛貴賓室吧！這間貴賓室總共可容納570名旅客。離貴賓室入口區不遠，在右邊是個飲品選項非常之多的吧台。

Let's begin our lounge tour by looking at the various sections of this huge lounge, which has a capacity of 570 pax. Upon entering the main area of the lounge, the bar with which serves barista made coffee and cocktails will be on the right. The drinks menu here is pretty extensive, as we will see in the next part of this lounge intro.

左邊則有十幾張黃色沙發座椅跟一排高腳椅。

To the left, it would be the first seating area consisting of a long table with high stools and some yellow coloured armchairs.

繼續靠右走回來到用餐區。這裡大致上有三種座位：(1) 能做兩人的圓桌、(2) 十二人座的長桌、(3) 面對廚師的吧台高腳椅。光是這一區就能容納100+位旅客，可見此貴賓室規模非常大。澳航於新加坡的航班數量確實非常高，所以貴賓室規模如此並不無理由。

Keeping right down the walkway, the next section that comes into view will be the dining area, with three main types of tables available: (1) Round table that sits 2 pax along the windows (which provides a birds eye view of Terminal 1's busy check in counters); (2) three huge tables that provides ample space for 12 pax each; and, (3) bar stools facing the kitchen where hot meals are served on demand. Isn't it crazy to think that just the dining area itself provides nearly 100 seats? Looking at this, it definitely isn't difficult to imagine the extent of Qantas' operations here at Singapore Changi Airport; their biggest focus city outside of Australia.

Moving on, we take a step back to the bar area and take a look at the "first seating area" from another angle.

這些沙發座椅旁則走廊邊也有個簡單的書架，提供不少雜誌、書籍供旅客閱讀。

To the side of these armchairs are various literature available for reading within the lounge.

貴賓室的另一半區域再設置了多幾百張沙發座椅，於航班尖峰時間時有時候會坐無虛席。

The other half of the lounge consists another few hundred armchairs, which can get pretty busy during the evening peak hours.

除了一人座的沙發，貴賓室裡也有好幾張這種長型沙發。經常會看到旅客直接把這些沙發當成過境時補眠的「床」；看起來的確還蠻好睡的。

There are also long sofa seats available, and very frequently travellers are seen napping on them. They do look quite comfortable for quick naps in between flights.

這間貴賓室裡我最喜歡的區域就是這幾張長方形的辦公桌。它們跟之前在餐廳區看到的類似，但在這一區的桌子底下則有提供插座，方便旅客於此辦公。貴賓室裡其他座位周圍也都有大量設置插座。

One of my favourite zones would be these long tables; identical to those we saw at the dining area. The only difference here is that underneath these tables, power sockets (not pictured) are installed for lounge guests who are working here. Speaking of which, power points at this lounge are abundant and super readily available.

餐飲選項 F&B Options

我們繼續來看貴賓室的餐飲選項。來到這間貴賓室必點的絕對是現作的餐點，通常這類餐點會有兩個選項，其中一樣固定是海鮮叻沙。當天我們兩樣都有點。

Moving on to the food and beverage options. A must-try at this lounge would definitely be the made-to-order menu items available at the dining area. Usually, there will always be two options: Laksa and something else. On the day we visited, we tried both options.

澳航商務艙貴賓室裡供應的叻沙一向來都是我的必點餐點 (樟宜機場裡許多間貴賓室也都有供應)，在樟宜機場裡我心目中的第二名則是第四航廈的Blossom Lounge貴賓室。

The seafood laksa at Qantas lounge had been my all-time long personal favourite (out of all lounges in Changi Airport), with the laksa at Terminal 4’s Blossom Lounge being a close runner-up.

當天菜單中的另一選項為「牛肉刈包」，口味普通不怎麼好吃。

The other option available for order was the beef bāo (包), which turned out to be quite underwhelming.

除了現作餐點，這間貴賓室的另一大亮點就是它的自助餐選項。光是沙拉區就有六到七種讓你選，而且都不錯吃～

Apart from the above two items, the Singapore Qantas Lounge also features a very wide selection of buffet items. Just the salad section itself usually features around 6-7 options; and almost all are good!

熱食選項則有五樣，大多是西餐選擇。

On the day we visited, there were another five hot food options on the buffet, and they were mostly western food choices.

甜品也有四樣可以選。新加坡的「本地特色甜品」是黑糯米佐椰漿與芒果。

For dessert, another four options were available. Black sticky rice with coconut cream and mango was the dessert with a local flavour. The forth option, Chocolate Crunch, is pictured above with the salad.

下面幾張照片是我們當天從自助餐區中選的餐點。沙拉、主餐、水果、甜品，全部的口味都是水準之上的。基本上，這間貴賓室裡的餐飲選項一向來都保持在很不錯的水平！

These were our food choices for this visit to the lounge. From salad, to the mains, fruits, and desserts, everything we took on our plates were tasty. In general, I've always remembered this as the standard of food quality in this lounge. They're just great; from both the variety and quality aspects.

最後來看飲品。這間貴賓室的飲品選項也是多姿多彩的～ 氣泡酒x1、白酒x4、玫瑰酒x1、紅酒x4、甜酒x1、雞尾酒x5、無酒精雞尾酒x4、啤酒x7、各種汽水。

Lastly for drinks, there is an abundant of options available in this lounge too. 1 sparkling wine, 4 white wines, 1 rosé, 4 red wines, 1 dessert wine, 5 cocktails, 4 mocktails, 7 different beers, and a few more soft drinks to choose from (Coke, Coke Zero, Sprite etc.)

除此之外！貴賓室靠近入口處還有專門的咖啡師可以幫旅客們準備現磨現泡的咖啡！當天我點了很好喝的卡布奇諾，如果不想吃太多的話，也可以在等候咖啡時拿點零食吃，下午茶就搞定了。這裡也能點雞尾酒！飲品選項多到讓我每次到這間貴賓室都會有飲料選擇障礙。

And that's not the end, there is even barista made coffee (beans from Australia's Vittoria Coffee), which can be ordered at the bar near the entrance. I ordered a cappuccino, which tasted great. And with the coffee, you will be able to grab some snacks as well. Oh, and you can also order cocktails here! Evidently, there is really a huge variety of drink choices in this lounge.

貴賓室的用餐區與休息/辦公區也各另外設置了自助飲品區，有咖啡機、茶包、飲水機等。但既然貴賓室裡能點咖啡師製作的咖啡，誰還會來用咖啡機呢？

Last but not least, there are also coffee machines (which I’ve never used in Qantas lounge before, because why would you do so when there are barista made coffees?), tea bags and still/sparking water dispenser.

當天我在貴賓室也是喝了這款來自澳洲庫納瓦拉的玫瑰酒。這款酒在Vivino的評價為3.6/5.0，我個人認為跟叻沙之類的東南亞料理一起飲用還蠻配的。

For wine, I chose to try the Wynns Reframed Cabernet Rosé from Coonawarra, Australia. This wine is rated 3.6/5.0 on Vivino; and personally I found it going quite well with the “Asian” dishes I picked, such as Laksa.

淋浴間 Shower Facilities

這次來這間貴賓室我沒有使用淋浴間，所以這一部分就用2019年拍的舊照片來簡單介紹。

I did not use the shower facilities in this lounge on this trip, so do refer to the following old photos below of the shower rooms from a trip I took back in 2019.

澳航貴賓室裡共有20間淋浴間，所以基本上要淋浴都不太需要排隊等候，隨時來都有空位。如果真的碰到超級尖峰時間需要排隊的話，通常也不會太久。這跟在第三航廈的新航貴賓室比起來差別非常大，在新航貴賓室於尖峰時間時常常都需要等上一小時才會有空出來的淋浴間可使用。澳航貴賓室的淋浴間內部已經看起來有點陳舊，但每次到訪都保持得很乾淨，所以還是能很好地發揮作用，沒什麼大問題。

The number of shower rooms in this lounge is 20, so they are almost always readily available. Or if there is a need to wait, it usually won't be too long. This is a stark contrast when compared to the wait times of 1h+ at SQ's SilverKris lounges during peak hours. The shower rooms however do look a bit dated, but they are always kept clean and hence serve their purposes perfectly with no major issues.

這間貴賓室的淋浴間整體來說很不錯，但就是裝潢跟設備相對基本些而且略顯老舊。此外，淋浴用的蓮蓬頭水壓有時會偏低，旅客使用時可能會覺得不如其他航空公司貴賓室舒適。

One small shortcoming for these shower rooms would be that it is slightly tired/worn out in, perhaps due to its age. The water pressure is also a little weak at times, making similar facilities in other airline lounges appear to be more superior.

新加坡樟宜機場的澳航貴賓室水準非常高，完全是值得旅客提早到機場使用的一間貴賓室。如果您是寰宇一家藍寶石會員，搭乘該聯盟航空公司的航班從新加坡出發時，強力推薦您可以規劃時間提早些到機場來看看這間貴賓室！

In general, the Qantas Lounge here in Singapore is totally worth coming to the airport earlier just to spend some awesome time in it.

貴賓室評分 Lounge Rating

跟飛行記錄一樣，我會開始在每篇貴賓室記錄文末簡單評個分。評分雖純粹以我個人當天在貴賓室的經驗來評斷，但數據多累積一點以後應該還是可以稍微把自己去過的機場貴賓室稍微做個比較。

Akin to flight reports in this blog, I'll start to rank the airport lounges after each review; hopefully gathering enough data points for some form of meaningful comparison in the coming years.

澳航貴賓室從出境移民官走過去很靠近，跟著指標走也不難找。
The Singapore Qantas Lounge is located within a short walk from departure immigration and is not difficult to reach by following the the aiport signage.

舒適度、貴賓室設施 Comfort, Ambience and Facilities
★★★★
非常多種座位選擇適合有各種需求的旅客。貴賓室所有的設施都很齊全完善，唯獨淋浴間稍微遜色了一點，但因為擁有二十間淋浴間所以通常都不用排隊的這一點還是彌補了不少分數。
This lounge has all kinds of seating; so anyone will be able to find somewhere suitable for themselves. It also contains all the facilities you'd expect of a Business Class lounge. The only minor downside is that the shower facilities were a little worn out, but having 20 shower rooms more than make up for it, since passengers will usually not be required to wait too long for a shower to become available.

Wi-Fi連線速度 Wi-Fi Accessibility

雖然沒測網速，但用了這間貴賓室幾年Wi-Fi從來都沒有問題。(以後為了更公平的作比較，我會記得測網速記錄 😅)
While I did not record the Wi-Fi speed for in the lounge this time, based on my experience, the Wi-Fi connectivity in this lounge has never been an issue.

飲食選項 Food & Beverages

如文章中所說，這間貴賓室的飲食選項非常棒。唯獨就中餐選項少了點，但其他的選擇無可嫌棄。
As mentioned in the review, F&B options in this lounge is amazing. While there may be quite little Asian/Chinese food options, but the rest are nothing but great.

整體服務 Service Standard

澳航貴賓室都由來自法國的品牌索菲特酒店 (Sofitel) 管理，工作人員感覺都像接受飯店訓練，服務態度與水準總是專業卻又親切。
Perhaps because many Qantas lounges are operated by Sofitel, the service standards of staff in this lounge is always quite high, with all the staff members adhering professionalism akin to that at high-tier hotels.

清潔度 Clealiness
★★★★★
因為工作人員清理得非常勤快，貴賓室清潔度沒有可以嫌棄之處。
With the level of attentiveness demonstrated by the lounge's staff members, the aspect of clealiness is one which I have nothing to find fault with.

室內擁擠度、人流量 Crowd Management
★★★★
當天到訪時間尚未到尖峰時間，所以貴賓室裡還是有非常多空位，也不會太吵。
When I visited it was not the peak hour of this lounge yet, as a result there were still quite a lot of empty seats and the lounge was not too noisy.

其他特點 Unique Amenities

這間貴賓室並沒有什麼較特別的服務、設施。
There are no especially unique features in this lounge.
