新加坡的英國航空貴賓室是英航在亞洲區域唯一的自營貴賓室。這間貴賓室位於新加坡樟宜機場第一航廈，其位置就在澳洲航空貴賓室附近，走幾步路即可抵達。英國航空是寰宇一家成員航空之一，所以我也可以用澳洲航空金卡進入該貴賓室。這篇文章取材的日期剛好在英航簡單翻修這間貴賓室之前的幾週，所以撰文此時這間貴賓室的室內裝潢應該都已有些許更新。
The British Airways (BA) lounge in Singapore Changi Airport is just a few steps away from the Qantas lounge on the same level in the airport. Located in Terminal 1 of the airport, this is the only lounge BA operates by themselves in Asia. As BA is a oneworld member airline, I am able to access the lounge using my Qantas Gold membership too. I happened to visit this lounge a few weeks before it was closed for minor refurbishments, so if you are to visit it now you should be greeted with some refreshed looks within the lounge.

貴賓室位置、開放時間 Location / Operating Hours
過了出境移民官，左轉跟著「貴賓室」的指標走，看到手扶梯後上樓即可抵達設有三間貴賓室的三樓。
After clearing immigration, it is jus a short walk to the BA lounge. Follow the signs for "Lounges" and go up the esclator to the 3rd level. The BA lounge is just a few steps away from Qantas lounge on the same level in the airport. Specifically, you will be able to find it right beside the SATS Premier Lounge.
這間貴賓室每天的開放時間為下午三點到午夜十二點。
This lounge is open daily from 3pm to 12am.
使用資格 Eligibility
這間英國航空貴賓室的使用資格如下：
- 搭乘英航的頭等艙或商務艙旅客
- 搭乘英航或其他寰宇一家航空的英航金、銀卡會員
- 所有搭乘寰宇一家航空班機的寰宇一家藍寶石、綠寶石會員
- 以上皆可攜帶一名訪客
These are the access eligibility criteria for the British Airways Lounge in Singapore:
- All First and Business passengers on oneworld flights
- All British Airways Gold and Silver members
- All oneworld elite tier members (oneworld Emerald and oneworld Sapphire)
- For all criteria above, the eligible individual can also bring one guest along into the lounge
內部設計與格局 Layout
走近英航貴賓室，你會被其獨特的酒吧風格門面吸引，設計簡約卻不失現代感，讓人忍不住想一探究竟。若把英航的企業標誌拿掉，您可能甚至會以為這是在機場內的一間酒吧。
The BA Lounge is easily recognisable with its dark blue lighting, in line with the airline’s corporate branding; you can't miss it. Entering through the classy looking entrance, guests will be greeted by the lounge staff at a corner. In this reception area, the design further amplifies the dark blue lighting "pub-like" atmosphere. If you remove the BA logo, anyone may mistaken this to be a pub or a nightclub within the airport, instead of an airline lounge.
跟隔壁的澳洲航空貴賓室比起來，這間貴賓室的規模相比之下小很多。但也因如此，英航貴賓室大多數時候比隔壁的澳航貴賓室安靜很多。我們到訪當天準備搭乘半夜1.45am前往香港的國泰班機，出發那一天特地提早超過十個小時到機場，為的就是要解鎖樟宜機場目前所開放的所有寰宇一家商務艙貴賓室。那天下午我們在這間貴賓室裡帶了接近三小時，大部分時間在貴賓室其中一個角落的辦公區用電腦。
This is a much smaller lounge compared to the Qantas Lounge, but because of it's smaller size, it is significantly quieter as well. We spent the rest of the afternoon and evening (until 7pm) here, continuing to use our laptops at the proper office tables in this lounge.
進入貴賓室馬上入眼的是右邊一間看似幾分神祕的「The Bar」，這其實是英航頭等艙旅客專屬的空間，寰宇一家綠寶石會員也不能進入這個區域。若想要偷偷看一下「The Bar」的內裝，可以選擇坐在這附近的沙發椅，然後等頭等艙旅客出現。
Walking into the lounge, on the right, we first come across the mysterious-looking "The Bar", which is actually the First Class section of the lounge. And by "First Class", we are referring to strictly just passengers departing on a BA First Class ticket from Singapore; oneworld Emerald status will not qualify for access to this section of the lounge. For anyone who would like to try for a chance to get a sneak peak of "The Bar", take a seat at the two isolated red armchairs directly across the entrance, and wait for a First Class passenger to enter the lounge. 😂
英航貴賓室是個長方形的空間，室內設計風格較為低調。長長的走廊兩旁有著許多不同款式的座位。雖然跟隔壁的澳航貴賓室比起來範圍小很多，但除了英航每晚的尖峰出發時段，其他時候應該不難找到座位。
Beyond the pub-like looking entrance, the BA Singapore lounge is basically shaped as a long rectangle, with a much more toned down and "humble" interior design. The layout of the lounge consists of a long corridor with different areas of seats/tables on both sides. It is not a very huge lounge (especially if compared to Qantas lounge next door), but other than during the peak BA departure periods, it should not be difficult to find a seat.
除了前段的沙發座椅，貴賓室中間部分也有些高腳椅跟桌子。尖峰時期這一區的座位對很多獨自出行的旅客尤其搶手。
Apart from sofa seats you see above, roughly in the middle section of the lounge, there are also a few long tables with high stools. I have seen the seats in this area getting pretty popular during the peak period; especially for solo travellers.
長長的走廊，如果走著走著開始覺得無聊也可以停下腳步欣賞不少藝術作品。
If you feel bored walking through the lounge, it also has plenty of artwork for you to admire as you stroll down the corridor.
此外也有紙本跟電子版的閱讀物供旅客索取閱讀。電子版本的雜誌、報章需要下載「Pressreader」應用程式才可以開始閱讀。
There are also some hardcopy magazines and a banner advertising the "thousands of free international newspapers and magazines" available as softcopies via the "pressreader" app.
走到貴賓室盡頭轉過身再拍一張從門口到此處的走廊，由此可見這走道有多長。
Took another photo from another angle as we walked down the corridor. From this photo, it is clear how "long" this lounge is.
接近貴賓室最尾端的區域還有看起來頗為舒適的個人座椅，坐起來應該蠻適合睡個午覺。此外也有類似交誼廳的一個小區域與更多的沙發椅。
There are more seating options towards the rear section of the lounge, including a section of reclined chairs (which look really comfortable for taking an afternoon nap), a communal area and more sofa seats.
在貴賓室的尾段牆壁旁也看到嬰兒座椅。
There were also baby chairs available near the end of the lounge.
除了剛才看到的走道以外，這間英航貴賓室其實在內側還有多一條比較短的走道，並也在此區域設有更多的座位 (沙發、餐桌)。也就是因為在室內設計上該貴賓室算是蠻妥善地運用了現有的空間，所以在看似規模不怎麼大的空間裡還是可以容納226名旅客。
By the walls of the lounge on the right side (facing inwards), there is a second corridor with even more seating options. While the seats beside the artworks hanging on the wall are basically just more sofa seats, there are also a handful of dining tables near the buffet area. Because of this efficient use of space, this lounge is able to fit 226 passengers in an area that seems relatively small.
這間貴賓室裡我最喜歡的區域是下圖中的辦公區。兩張辦公桌，一共10個座位。雖然座位數不多，但位子上都有提供國際插座與USB-A插座，非常方便。
The section that I liked most in this lounge was the working desks. There are two tables: A white table 6-seater which has brighter white lights, and another 4-seater by the walls at the rear-most part of this lounge. Plenty of international sockets and Type A USB ports are also available, making it extremely convenient for lounge guests to charge their electronics and clear some work before flights.
其他設施還包含印表機與免費Wi-Fi網絡。雖然在現在這個年代大部分文件都已經數位化，但在貴賓室中仍提供這項服務對有需要的旅客來說無疑是一項貼心的安排。
Other amenities include a printer and Wi-Fi connectivity. While many documents have already gone digital, it is still thoughtful of the lounge to include a printer in case anyone has last minute printing to be done. After all, even till the modern era now, sometimes it may still be important to sign personally on important documents.
餐飲選項 F&B
逛完貴賓室，我們現在把目光轉向這裡的飲食選項。從之前的照片即可見貴賓室的自助餐區域在中間。
After a simple lounge tour, we now move on to the next important part of the lounge - The food & beverage section. As seen briefly in photos above, the buffet area of this lounge is located in the middle section, between the first and second corridor.
熱食選項包含印度餐與西餐。
Hot food options available included both Indian and Western cuisines.
此外也有沙拉、三明治、麵包、水果、芝士盤和甜點。
As for cold food options, salad, sandwich, bread, fruits, cheese plates, and desserts were on offer.
如果只想拿個簡單的簡單的零食配咖啡、茶，貴賓室裡也有三種不同種口味的薯片。
If anyone is not in the mood for any of the above options, there are also chips available to go with your cup of afternoon tea or coffee.
飲料選項也非常不錯，共有四種不同的果汁、六種罐裝飲料、五個口味的茶包、還有咖啡機可以沖泡各種咖啡。
The drinks options were quite impressive. 4 different fruit juices, 6 kinds of canned drinks, 5 flavours of Twining teabags, and a coffee machine with various types of coffee.
含酒精飲料則包含啤酒、烈酒、紅白酒等。
For alcoholic options, beers, spirits, red wines, and white wines were available.
除了以上的六種紅白酒選項，另外也有兩種不同的香檳。但我後來發現在手機點餐的菜單裡還有多一種不一樣的香檳；於是就點了那個試喝。
On top of the above 6 red/white wine options, there were also 2 different kinds of Champagne available. I didn’t try them, but ordered another one (see below).
我們選了兩款白酒在英航貴賓室裡隨性來了場迷你品酒會。
We chose two white wines and had a mini wine tasting session in the Singapore BA Lounge.
除了自助餐餐點以外，貴賓室的每個座位也都有QR碼讓旅客可以掃描直接向廚房訂餐點。餐點或飲料準備好後則會有工作人員直接送到座位。
Lastly for F&B options, on top of food and drink options available over the buffet tables, each table in the lounge also displayed a QR code allowing guests to put through on-demand F&B orders.
這是線上訂餐的其中一些選項。
我點了法國的 Baron-Fuente Brut 香檳，在新加坡一瓶售價大約新幣55～70元 (新台幣約1,270～1,610元)。此外也有一些熱食與甜點的選項。

I ordered the Baron-Fuente French Brut Champagne, which retails for about SGD55-SGD70 per bottle here in Singapore. There were also other hot food and dessert options available in the online menu, e.g. pasta, sorbet etc.
洗手間、淋浴間 Washroom & Shower Facilities
到訪當天我們在英航貴賓室裡的辦公桌區域待了幾個小時，花了點時間確定接下來的行程細節。離開貴賓室前我去用了淋浴間。
We spent a few hours at the office tables clearing some work, and also finalising some loose ends of our upcoming trip planning. Before leaving the lounge, I went to use the showers.
洗手間跟淋浴間位在這間貴賓室的入口處附近，在同一區也有個可以掛西裝、大衣的櫥櫃。
The toilets and shower rooms are located near the entrance of the lounge, where there is also an area where coats can be hung.
往淋浴間的走道有點像是個迷你攝影展，牆上掛有一些新加坡地標的照片。
The walkway leading to these areas had a few nice photographs of different corners of Singapore displayed on the walls.
英航貴賓室的洗手間在我們當天停留的時間內一直維持的非常乾淨，相信貴賓室工作人員時不時就會進行簡單打掃。
The toilet was spotless and clean throughout our stay; I believe the lounge staff does basic cleaning quite regularly throughout the day.
跟洗手間格局分開的淋浴間同樣也是保持得十分乾淨整潔。
And so were the individual shower cubicles, which were located away from the main toilet area.
這間淋浴間室內設計簡單，不過因為它明亮又設備齊全，實用性十足。
The shower room is a bright and clean area that had probably all the different amenities one would need when getting a shower in the lounge.
淋浴間裡甚至還放了一盆植物，增添了一點生活感，從照片裡乍看之下會以為這是某個人家裡的淋浴間。
There was even a snake plant in the shower room; giving an interesting impression that this is a shower room at someone's house instead of an airline's lounge.
設有廁所的貴賓室淋浴間實在很棒，這樣可以大大提高趕飛機旅客的便利性。淋浴間裡當然也有提供浴巾與腳踏墊。
It is always nice to have dedicated toilets in these individual shower rooms. Towel and floor mat were also provided.
這個淋浴巾印有大大的「BRITISH AIRWAYS」，讓我超想在網路上找看買不買得到，然後帶一條回家。
It was really nice that the towel had “BRITISH AIRWAYS" printed on it with fonts that are not small. Would love to have one of these at home.
這間淋浴間雖是乾濕分離設計，但當天我洗好澡後發現玻璃門似乎無法完全緊閉，結果洗澡時往外流的水導致腳踏墊直接濕了一半。
There was a separate wet area with a door to segregate this area with the "dry zone". However, the floor mat proved to be important because the doors of the shower cubicles couldn't seem to keep all the water within the "wet" area.
蓮蓬頭有兩種：雨淋式與傳統手持式淋浴頭。提供的沐浴乳與洗髮精則是來自英國的品牌Elemis之產品。
Two types of shower heads were available, handheld shower or rain shower. Products in the shower rooms were from Elemis, a UK brand.
英航新加坡貴賓室的介紹到此為止。我們在這裡共待了2.5小時，Kellie跟我都有同感，認為這間貴賓室提供的多種座位讓想辦公或休息的旅客都有適合自己的桌椅款式選擇。從新加坡搭乘寰宇一家班機時，若有您在使用完澳航貴賓室後還有點時間不妨可以過來英航貴賓室看看！
And this concludes our visit to the British Airways Singapore lounge, within which we spent a good 2.5h, which was both productive (because of the office table) and relaxing (because of the nice environment). If you have spare time and have oneworld lounge access eligibility when flying out of Singapore, do schedule a visit to this lounge after you have experienced the Qantas lounge next door.
貴賓室評分 Lounge Rating
跟飛行記錄一樣，我會開始在每篇貴賓室記錄文末簡單評個分。評分雖純粹以我個人當天在貴賓室的經驗來評斷，但數據多累積一點以後應該還是可以稍微把自己去過的機場貴賓室稍微做個比較。
Akin to flight reports in this blog, I'll start to rank the airport lounges after each review; hopefully gathering enough data points for some form of meaningful comparison in the coming years.

英國航空貴賓室從出境移民官走過去很靠近，跟著指標走也不難找。
The Singapore British Airways Lounge is located within a short walk from departure immigration and is not difficult to reach by following the the aiport signage.
舒適度、貴賓室設施 Comfort, Ambience and Facilities
★★★½
貴賓室內座位選項不少，唯獨缺少一點適合單獨旅客隱蔽性較高的座位。貴賓室裡的設施都很齊全完善，明亮的淋浴間空間加了不少分。
This lounge has several kinds of seating; but it can be even better if there are some solo seats with a little more privacy. It also has all the basic facilities you'd expect of a Business Class lounge, and the bright & clean shower rooms added considerable points to the rating.
Wi-Fi連線速度 Wi-Fi Accessibility
★★★★½
雖然沒測網速，但用了當天在這裡用了兩個多小時的電腦這沒碰到問題。(以後為了更公平的作比較，我會記得測網速記錄 😅)
While I did not record the Wi-Fi speed for in the lounge this time, based on my experience using my MacBook for more than 2h, the Wi-Fi connectivity in this lounge should more than suffice.
飲食選項 Food & Beverages

自助餐選項不少，另外可以通過QR碼點餐也加了一點分數。
Buffet area in this lounge contains quite a bit of variety, and the ability to order separate meals via QR codes on tables and receive table service definitely adds a few more points.
整體服務 Service Standard

除了入口的工作人員頗有禮貌、親切以外，貴賓室其他區域並沒有看見太多其他工作人員。
There are not many staff members around in the other parts of the lounge.
清潔度 Clealiness

貴賓室無時無刻保持得很乾淨。
The lounge is always kept clean.
室內擁擠度、人流量 Crowd Management

當天我在大約晚上七點左右離開，那個時候差不多是貴賓室尖峰時間要開始的時段，但貴賓室裡還是有一些空位，也不會太吵。
On the day I visited, I left around 7pm when it got a bit crowded, but there was still some empty seats the lounge was not too noisy.
其他特點 Unique Amenities

這間貴賓室並沒有什麼較特別的服務、設施。
There are no especially unique features in this lounge.
